Regarding Release of Documents:
Copies of the commercial invoices and Bill of Lading will be faxed or emailed to the customer immediately after the shipment. Upon receiving the full and final payment, the necessary documents of commercial invoices, Bill of Lading, and Japanese de-registration document with english translation will be dispatched to consignee’s address through the quickest courier services. We may also the release of Bill of Lading by Surrender (Express Release). In case of full payment from the beginning we
will do SEA WAY BILL OF LADING.

Regarding Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) and LC Payments:
Customers has to pay local bank charges and intermediary bank fees. After the wire has been submitted a T.T Copy must be sent to us by email or fax. Your wire transfer will probably take two to three business days to hit in our bank account and only after that your documents will be sent by international courriers.
We accept full value Letter of Credit (LC). LC Payments must be released in 3 to 4 business days upon reception of the documents in your local Bank. After we post the documents of LC, a tracking number will be provided and we will make sure when your bank receive your documents. For undervalue LCs, a wire transfer must be done in order to submit documents to the bank.
